		<description>I actually became a consultant, working from home to spend more time with my family. I did not do it for the money at all. I did secure a contract for the first year but the guaranteed amount was about 40% less than what I was making. In the end, I am making much more than I was at my old job and I am much happier. 

And yes, I am spending more time with the family.
