Google Documents is a free collection of office tools that you can use online, right now. I’m a big fan of Google Docs, as it is compatible with all Microsoft Office software (in other words, you can exchange documents with pretty much anyone and nobody notices), it is nicely intertwined with Gmail, and it doesn’t cost a DIME.

And if you need to see/edit/print a document and you are away from your computer, all you need to do is log into Google Docs on any computer and have full access to your documents! Pretty cool, hey?
